The 19th Annual Anniversary Celebrations of Netra Vidyalaya were held grandly on 31 August 2026 at the JIVA Campus, under the divine blessings, direct supervision, and guidance of HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji.
Established with the noble vision of providing free education to visually challenged students, Netra Vidyalaya has been empowering students with quality education, skills, confidence, and opportunities for holistic development.
The celebrations were attended by prominent Tollywood actor Sri Nithin Reddy as the Chief Guest. The event was also attended by several distinguished guests:
Addressing the gathering, Sri Nithin Reddy expressed his happiness at being part of the celebrations and said that there is much to learn from the students of Netra Vidyalaya. He particularly appreciated the wonderful dance performance presented by the students and praised their talent, confidence, determination, and inspiring spirit.
On the occasion, HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji recollected the journey of Netra Vidyalaya, from its humble beginnings to its growth into an institution that has created numerous opportunities for visually challenged students.
Swamiji recalled the initial challenges and hardships faced during the establishment of the institution, which began with just 25 students. Despite the difficulties, the students demonstrated exceptional dedication and academic excellence, with all the students successfully completing their education with distinction marks.
Swamiji highlighted the institution’s step-by-step journey and remarkable progress, including its expansion from Intermediate education to the Degree College. He also expressed his appreciation for the support extended by the Telangana Intermediate Board and Osmania University, which played an important role in the institution’s academic development and progress.
The journey of Netra Vidyalaya stands as a testament to the vision, perseverance, and commitment towards providing education, dignity, confidence, and a brighter future for visually challenged students.
The celebrations concluded with the Mangalasasanams of HH Sri Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, who blessed the students, teachers, distinguished guests, and everyone present at the event.
Following Swamiji’s Amrita Bhashanam, the 19th Annual Anniversary Celebrations of Netra Vidyalaya concluded on a joyous and memorable note, celebrating not only another milestone but also the institution’s inspiring journey and its continued commitment to empowering visually challenged students.
