With the divine Mangalasasanams of our Acharya, HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, Nethra Vidyalaya proudly celebrates another remarkable milestone in its journey of sporting excellence.
Following their outstanding performances at the Andhra Pradesh State Triathlon Championship, six students from Nethra Vidyalaya proudly represented the state at the National Triathlon Championship held in Pune on 15th August 2026.
Competing at the national level alongside talented athletes from across the country, our visually challenged students displayed exceptional determination, endurance, and sporting spirit.
Our six students who represented Andhra Pradesh at the National Championship were:

Their dedicated preparation and unwavering commitment translated into an outstanding performance, with three students securing national-level medals.
Ravi, who had previously won a Silver Medal at the Andhra Pradesh State Triathlon Championship, also delivered an excellent performance at the national event and competed strongly alongside the medal winners.
After successfully completing the swimming event, Ravi had to proceed immediately to the next race. As he was required to move to the next event without sufficient time to hand over his swimming cap and other swimming equipment, his result has been kept on hold and is currently awaited.
We look forward to the official declaration of his result and remain hopeful that his strong performance will be recognized with a positive result.
For visually challenged athletes, successfully navigating and completing these events requires tremendous focus, confidence, resilience, and teamwork. Our students have demonstrated all of these qualities through their remarkable performances.
Their success also reflects the dedicated efforts of their coaches, mentors, support staff, families, and well-wishers, whose encouragement and guidance continue to help our students discover and achieve their potential.
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to P. Chaitanya, Suresh, Rajesh, V. Ravi, Bharath, and K. Gowtham for their commendable performances at the National Triathlon Championship.
We also congratulate their coaches and everyone who supported them throughout this journey.
