State Level Celebration of International Day of Persons with Disabilities

State level celebration of International day of Persons with Disabilities – 2019 was organized by state Government of Telangana on 03-12-2019 at Ravindra Bharathi. Sri Koppula Eshwar, Hon’ble Minister for Disabled & Senior Citizens Welfare, Deputy C.M and Home Minister Sri Mohammed Ali were inaugurated the program. Pr. Secretary Sri Jagadishwar, I.A.S, Rangareddy A.D, Smt. Shailaja were also attended the program.

Organizers arranged the cultural events and our Netra Vidyalaya Junior. & Degree College for Blind students presented a beautiful folk dance and got appreciations.

Our Netra Vidyalaya was allotted a stall at Ravindra Bharathi, and students displayed the craft work made by them. Everyone amazed by seeing the tremendous craft work done by our students and extended their support and empathy by purchasing the material.

Nethra Vidyalaya, founded by HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, provides free, holistic education to visually impaired children — empowering them to live with dignity and self-reliance. Swamiji’s constant aspiration is to empower every student to become self-reliant and lead a life of dignity, without dependence on others.

Our students write exams on laptops, have marched in NCC Parades before the Governor, and shine in sports, athletics, and cultural events — embodying Swamiji’s vision of true independence.

These achievements reflect the dedication of our students, the guidance of Swamiji, and the generous support of our donors and volunteers.
