With the divine Guidance and mangalasasanams of HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, Nethra Vidyalaya (Varija) proudly announces that our student, Valasanaini Ravvani, has brought immense pride to the nation by clinching the Bronze Medal in the Women’s 1500m – T11 event at the 5th Asian Para Games 2026 in Aichi–Nagoya, Japan, clocking an outstanding personal best of 5:41.85.

This historic milestone is a testament to the transformative vision of our revered Acharya, HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji. Driven by unconditional compassion, Swamiji founded Nethra Vidyalaya to ensure that visual impairment never stands as a barrier to self-reliance, dignity, and excellence. Rather than labeling visually challenged children by their limitations, Swamiji recognized their extraordinary inner sight, innate intellect, and boundless resilience.

From Childhood Training to International Glory

Ravvani, who has been nurtured, educated, and trained in athletics at Nethra Vidyalaya since her childhood, exemplifies the soaring spirit of Swamiji’s mission. she raced with fierce courage and unwavering determination to secure a podium finish on the continental stage.

Her victory adds another glorious chapter to Nethra Vidyalaya’s proud legacy of champions. Our students consistently prove that determination outshines physical sight, turning obstacles into stepping stones and bringing honor to India.
