In a landmark day filled with warmth, inspiration, and divine grace, Sri Anandan Ji (Founder & Executive Chairman, Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd.), along with his wife Smt. Padma Anandan Ji and senior leadership from the Aptus team, visited Nethra Vidyalaya School & College for the Blind, Hyderabad.
The visit marked a major milestone in empowering visually challenged and underprivileged students through enhanced infrastructure, educational technologies, and life-support facilities supported under Aptus’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) mission.
The auspicious occasion commenced with Sri Anandan Ji and Smt. Padma Anandan Ji meeting HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji at Swamiji’s Kuteeram. Receiving His divine mangalasasanams, the delegation expressed deep reverence for the humanitarian initiatives undertaken by HH Chinnajeeyar Swamiji through the Vikasa Tarangini, and Jeeyar Educational Trust (JET).
“Guided by Swamiji’s vision of ‘Serve All Beings as Service to God,’ the Trust is touching every dimension of human life, from Vedic studies and free education to tribal kids to women’s healthcare and empowering visually challenged students through free education.”
Sri Anandan Ji, accompanied by HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, proceeded to the Nethra Vidyalaya campus to officially inaugurate upgraded amenities provided for the welfare of the students:
Daisy Audio Players & Printers across the Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam (Varija) campuses.
These contributions form part of an impactful ₹95 Lakh CSR initiative by Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltd., expanding on their previous support that included providing school buses and constructing modern amenities at Jeeyar Gurukulam tribal schools in Allampalli and Birsaipet.
The students of Nethra Vidyalaya presented a vibrant cultural programme featuring a traditional Gollabhama dance, musical performances, and literary presentations. The Aptus leadership team, including board member Sri Mukul Mathur, appreciated the confidence and artistic talent displayed by the students.
The visit also featured an exciting Goalball match between the Nethra Vidyalaya boys’ and girls’ teams. HH Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji and Sri Anandan Ji tossed the coin to begin the match and encouraged the students. Following the game, they presented trophies to the winning team, celebrating the students’ sporting spirit, teamwork, and determination.
