Educational Institute of Visually Challenged
On the 3rd December, International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD) was celebrated at Kurnool. Nethra Vidyalaya was honored as ‘The Best Institution’ in ‘VH’ category and O.Jagan from Nethra Vidyalaya was honored as ‘The Best Sportsman’ in ‘VH’ category. What a proud moment for Nethra Vidyalaya!
The institution works towards enabling the visually challenged children to stand on their own by giving them the opportunities for learning academics from best teachers through technical aids. Physical education, moral support and self-empowerment by spiritual consciousness is part of the holistic development of the students!
Under the guidance of Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami, Nethra Vidyalaya is playing its role in the best way to support the visually challenged children. Let us join hands, spread this word and let more children take advantage of the gracious efforts by the Director, Principal, Staff, and all the members. Above all, we thank all the donors for supporting the institution.

Nethra Vidyalaya, founded by HH Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji, provides free, holistic education to visually impaired children — empowering them to live with dignity and self-reliance. Swamiji’s constant aspiration is to empower every student to become self-reliant and lead a life of dignity, without dependence on others.
Our students write exams on laptops, have marched in NCC Parades before the Governor, and shine in sports, athletics, and cultural events — embodying Swamiji’s vision of true independence.
These achievements reflect the dedication of our students, the guidance of Swamiji, and the generous support of our donors and volunteers.
You’ve just read about what’s possible: students writing their own exams, national chess champions, and software engineers breaking barriers. This isn’t a dream; it’s the proven impact of Nethra Vidyalaya. Donate today. Fund a future of dignity, independence, and achievement.
Empowering visually challenged students with quality education and holistic development for over 18 years. Building futures through insight and innovation.
